About Research and Development

Our company, Nichinichi Pharmaceutical is researching about the fermentation technology and the biologically activating effect of especially lactic acid bacteria conferring good effects to human health. Furthermore, we are developing new products based on these technologies and are checking the quality and safety of our products.
We perform all steps including research, product development and manufacture. Due to this system, we have the circumstances under which we can easily absorb the knowledge and idea from each section, actively exchange opinions, and obtain research theme from various angles.
Our laboratories have investigated the effect of lactic acid bacteria on multiple levels from the molecular and cellular ones to the tissue and human clinical tests. We have collaborated with institutions including universities and hospitals, and have performed clinical tests. The obtained results have been present at academic conferences and published in scientific journals. We are also assessing safety and are offering safe products to consumers.
